Pre-Order Policy

Please note that pre-orders are non‑refundable. Pre-orders generally take 4 weeks to produce unless stated otherwise. Each pre-order is placed into production immediately, and associated costs are incurred upfront. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds on pre-ordered items.

If a ready to ship item is ordered together with pre-order items, your entire order will be sent out once the pre-order items have completed production.

Standard Shipping - 1 - 2 working days (unless it's a pre-order)

Standard Shipping - 5 - 10 working days

Duties and Taxes
UK and EU
Tomorrows Desire ships orders to the UK & EU; however, in some cases, duties or taxes may still apply depending on your country’s import regulations. Please note that any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Tomorrows Desire.
  
International
Customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country. Delivery to any other country, including but not limited to; the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa or any European country outside of the EU
 

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Tomorrows Desire) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

We will not be held liable for lost packages.

RETURNS


• Returns must be sent back within 14 days.

• Return costs are for your own account.

• All products must be unworn and unwashed.

• All products must have all original Tomorrows Desire tags attached and be sent back in the original packaging.

• Returns will be processed within 10 working days.

• Please note that it may take up to 3 days for a return to be approved after we receive it.
