Pre-Order Policy

Please note that pre-orders are non‑refundable. Pre-orders generally take 4 weeks to produce unless stated otherwise. Each pre-order is placed into production immediately, and associated costs are incurred upfront. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds on pre-ordered items.

If a ready to ship item is ordered together with pre-order items, your entire order will be sent out once the pre-order items have completed production.

By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge that pre-orders are made to order and cancellation or refunds are not possible once the order is placed.

Pre-Order Policy – Production & Delivery Timelines

All pre-order items are produced on a made-to-order basis.
This means that production begins immediately after your order is placed and confirmed.

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the product page, these timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to factors such as material sourcing, quality control, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays in production.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No rights can be derived from any indicated production or delivery estimate.

2. Tomorrows Desire reserves the right to reasonably extend production or delivery timelines if necessary to maintain the expected level of quality and craftsmanship.

3. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation, or claim, as each order enters production immediately after purchase.

4. All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable, as your piece is custom-made and reserved exclusively for you.

We take any delay very seriously and always communicate transparently through our official update emails.
In rare cases where delays occur, Tomorrows Desire may, at its own discretion, include an additional item or gesture of appreciation to express gratitude for your trust and patience — without this creating any further legal entitlement or precedent.
